Who We Built It For
The Former Athlete — The competitor inside you didn't retire. You want a team, a scoreboard, and training that matters.
The Maxed-Out Adult — Business. Kids. No margin. TUF hands you the plan. Show up, follow the programming, leave stronger.
The Group Fitness Refugee — TUF runs 5–7 week structured cycles — strength periodized, recovery built in, joints protected.
The Faith-Driven — Faith is woven into the culture. We train from identity, not for it.
Head Coach — Sam Rogers
Sam Rogers walked on at Virginia Tech, started as a true freshman, and became the first fullback drafted in the 2017 NFL Draft. He trains at TUF every morning before coaching football at Hanover High School.
Workouts — Built for Performance. Structured for Longevity.
Strength Training: Periodized 5–7 week cycles. After 30, your body starts taking back what you built. We're here to fight for it.
Armor Training: Foam rolling, tissue quality, mobility. The work nobody posts about — and everybody needs.
HIIT Training: Measured, scalable, competitive. Push your ceiling, then push it again.
